Kathy Krul-Manor is the Founder of KKM Leadership and has built her career on being a strategic advisor and coach to senior leaders and organizations. She partners with organizations to enable people-centered change, align workforce practices with strategic business priorities, and increase the value created by HR services or Talent initiatives.

 

Kathy has worked in various industries throughout her career, including technology, home healthcare, manufacturing, retail and professional services. Kathy is a Certified Executive Coach, SHRM-SCP and Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR). She also is a Certified Emotional Intelligence Practitioner and is certified in Strategic Workforce Planning.

 

Born and raised in Toronto, Canada, Kathy relocated to San Diego in 2014 with her husband and two dogs. They recently added another rescue dog to their pack as well! When not empowering and inspiring her clients, she loves to hike, do yoga and spend time at the beach.

Tamara Carpenter

Tamara Carpenter is a bilingual Cultural Consultant with extensive intercultural experience, including 17 years in Europe as a business owner and coordinator of numerous international and domestic relocations. Tamara is a certified practitioner of the Global Competence Aptitude Assessment (GCAA ) and the Individual Cultural Blueprint Indicator (ICBI™) assessment, in addition to being certified in the 4C’s Cultural Mastery Coaching Process™. She has served in leadership positions on various multiethnic teams and has first-hand experience integrating successfully into diverse cultures. 

 

Tamara also has more than nine years of experience evaluating global talent for critical aptitudes necessary for successful international assignments. Leveraging experience, training and passion, Tamara collaborates with Global HR leaders to create talent strategies to ensure successful placements and repatriations, as well as cultivating cohesion and cooperation within multicultural teams.

 

Tamara is a native Californian who has spent nearly two decades living and thriving with her family in Portugal. She now lives in southern California with her husband and two young adult children. For fun, Tamara enjoys traveling, swimming, pickleball, lazy days on the beach with a good book, and sharing strong coffee (or good wine) with friends.

Brita Loppnow

HR Operations & Talent Advisory

Brita Loppnow is a certified SHRM-CP HR consultant dedicated to being a trusted partner and advisor. Brita brings 10+ years of HR experience from start-ups, small businesses and McKinsey. Brita holds a Master ofBusiness Administration degree with a concentration in Strategic Leadership and Organizational Behavior. She is also a Certified Life and Career Coach (CLC).

 

Brita’s HR specialties range from core to strategic HR. The dynamic core HR projects Brita has supported include developing processes, policy creation, and implementing HR and Talent management systems. She enjoys supporting clients with strategic HR initiatives like employee programs, employee engagement, performance management, transformation playbooks, Talent Acquisition, and other people-centric strategy projects. Brita has worked with organizations across the US and globally.

 

In her free time, you can find Brita enjoying the sunshine with her two dogs (Franklin and Marlowe), stand up paddle boarding at a nearby lake or on the coast, backpacking solo around the world, or perfecting her cribbage skills.

Alison Egeberg

Executive Coach, Strategic HR Programs

Alison Egeberg is a certified Limbic Leadership & FASTer way coach who has 15+ years of experience as a leading female in various global companies. Alison holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Sociology from the University of North Dakota, as well as a Master’s in Organizational Communications and Human Resources from Western Illinois University. 

In addition to these accolades, Alison has led large HR organizations with 50+ people under her guidance as the Director of Global HR Business Partnering at a medical devices company as well as the Chief Human Resources Officer at a global digital media technology company. In addition to being a vital part of large international firms, Alison also consults various companies ranging in size and industry by assisting them in exploring, defining, and executing tangible steps to bring their mission to life. She also coaches women to design a life they love, feel more confident in, and achieve what matters most. 

In Alison’s free time, she loves traveling (she’s visited over 20 countries!), scuba diving, playing golf, exercising and spending time with her husband and daughter.

Randa Moustafa

Project Manager

Randa Moustafa graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a Bachelor's degree in Economics & Accounting and a certificate in Technology Management. Randa has 5+ years working in Accounting and Finance, specifically in accounting, investment operations and sales. 

 

She started off her career in audit at one of the Big 4 Accounting firms in San Francisco, CA while working on clients in a wide range of size and industry. Randa continued her career thereafter at an Asset Management & Family Office firm as a Senior Investment Operations Analyst. More recently, Randa is gaining further experience in Sales at a San Francisco based startup powering financial back offices for startups and small businesses. 

Randa is a California native who loves traveling, especially to Cairo, Egypt to visit her extended family! She enjoys staying active, lounging at the beach, cooking, true-crime podcasts, interior design, and spending time with friends and family.

Manisha Dhawan

Learning & Leadership Coach

Manisha Dhawan is an ICF-accredited executive coach, consultant, speaker, and facilitator with over 2 decades of experience as a strategic partner to her clients. She started her career in her family business where the had the opportunity to work across every function. She spent several years leading global digital transformation and change management initiatives, including at PwC, Deloitte, Slalom and Taco Bell Corp. Manisha’s specialties include emotional intelligence, communication, career development, and culture assessment.  She is passionate about elevating leadership skills and team effectiveness. 

 

Manisha holds an MBA and B.S. in Chemistry from University of California, Irvine, and her coaching certificate from iPEC. She is an authorized EverythingDiSC partner, certified in emotional intelligence, Design Thinking, and Energy Leadership Index (ELI).  

 

In her free time, Manisha enjoys spending time at the beach, traveling, exploring new restaurants, and connecting with others.
