Kathy Krul-Manor is the Founder of KKM Leadership and has built her career on being a strategic leadership advisor and performance coach to senior leaders and organizations.
Kathy specializes in building effective, impactful teams and organizations. With more than 20 years’ experience partnering with global executives and their teams, Kathy has built a reputation for leading high-quality, results-focused change.

Prior to starting KKM Leadership in 2020, Kathy was a senior Talent Advisory Leader with Deloitte (Canada and Global) where she led multiple human capital transformation initiatives for the Global Financial Advisory and Global Consulting practices. Kathy also has experience across various industries including retail, manufacturing, healthcare, and telecommunications.
Originally from Toronto, Canada, Kathy now lives with her husband and three dogs in Carlsbad, California and spends her free time doing yoga, hiking, and working within the community to elevate the HR profession.
She also serves on the Board for Casa de Amparo, an organization that supports youth impacted by neglect and abuse and was a professor of Management & Organizational Behavior with the Fowler College of Business at San Diego State University.
Kierstin Geary
Business Operations Manager

Kierstin Geary is KKM Leadership's Business Operations Manager, where she is focused on improving how the team works behind the scenes, making sure clients have a great experience, and building systems that set the company up for long-term growth. Her background is in project management and operations, and she especially enjoys the people side of her work - supporting and collaborating with teams of consultants and coaches.
Originally from North Carolina, she knew she would find herself coastal again and considers San Diego her forever home.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, yoga, fostering dogs through local San Diego rescue, The Animal Pad, and, when in season, supporting Pittsburgh's sports teams.
Claudine McManus
Executive Business Partner

Claudine McManus has over 25 years of experience as an Executive Assistant and Partner, with more than 15 years supporting executive leadership. She’s known for her ability to build genuine relationships, solve problems creatively, and create collaborative, supportive work environments.
Having lived in Ireland, California, and Texas, and worked with teams across Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific, Claudine has a broad cross-cultural perspective that helps her connect with people from many different backgrounds and industries. She values kindness, integrity, and a positive approach in both her professional and personal life.
When she’s not working, Claudine enjoys spending time with family and friends, gardening, traveling, cooking, practicing yoga, and hunting for vintage finds.
