The Insight + Impact Approach is a proven methodology that enhances self-awareness, identifies opportunities to grow as a leader, and enables new behaviors for greater impact. 

 

Our approach focuses on identifying strengths, blind spots, and critical development opportunities, creating an Individual Growth Plan (IGP), and gaining stakeholder alignment to achieve key objectives.

We use two key methods to determine your areas of strength and your opportunities to grow. 

 

Gallup Strengths Assessment 

Measures your key talents and strengths providing valuable insights for increased self-awareness and informed development strategies.

 

360 Feedback Survey

Gathers feedback from a diverse set of sources. Leaders will gain insights to performance, behaviors, and competencies by understanding how they are perceived by others.

Using what we learned from the Discovery Phase, we define key opportunities for sustainable growth and hold Leaders accountable for behavior and mindset shifts. We develop an Individual Growth Plan (IGP) to unlock potential by identifying what experiences, exposure, education, and support are required.

The final piece is a Sponsor Alignment Session. This facilitates a Leader and Sponsor discussion about the Individual Growth Plan content and engages key stakeholders in the development process.
