Leadership coaching pays off

According to a survey by PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), the mean ROI for companies investing in coaching was 7 times the initial investment, with more than one quarter reporting an ROI of 10 to 49 times.

So it should be no surprise that Fortune 500 companies spend more than $1 billion per year on executive coaching. In short, professional coaching works. While there are intangible benefits, such as improving trust, enthusiasm and effectiveness within a team or organization, coaching has been shown to have many measureable benefits.
