Leadership consulting
This service focuses on 1:1 Executive Coaching, providing personalized guidance and support to individual executives. Through a range of Leadership Assessments we help executives gain valuable insights into their leadership style and areas for growth. Additionally, this service includes Development Planning and Accountability Partnership to create actionable plans and ensure progress towards leadership development goals.
Human Capital Consulting
We provide HR Compliance Audits to help organizations maintain regulatory compliance and operational excellence. Through a strategic approach to the Evolution of HR, we work on optimizing HR Organizational Design & Effectiveness, developing HR Business Partners, shaping Talent Management Strategies, and transforming Performance Management practices. Additionally, we offer Fractional HR Leadership and serve as an Interim HR Business Partner to deliver tailored support and drive impactful HR initiatives within organizations.

Founder & CEO of KKM Leadership.
a Strategic Advisor and Human Capital Consultant who specializes in building effective, impactful teams and organizations. With more than 20 years’ experience partnering with global executives and their teams, Kathy has built a reputation for leading high-quality, results-focused change.
Building trusting relationships is a natural strength for Kathy, this enables her to establish credibility with leadership teams and all levels of the organization. Kathy is committed to excellence, thus, challenges leaders to ‘think outside the box’ and holds her clients accountable for driving measurable results based on her unique Insight + Impact approach to coaching.
Before starting her boutique consulting firm, KKM Leadership LLC, Kathy was a senior Talent Advisory Leader with Deloitte (Canada and Global) where she led multiple human capital transformation initiatives across the Global Financial Advisory and Global Consulting practices. Prior to Deloitte, Kathy held HR roles across various industries including retail, manufacturing, healthcare, and telecommunications. Her current clients are in various industries including technology, retail, insurance, and professional services.

Kathy holds an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology, a post-graduate certificate in Human Resources Management, and was a professor of Management & Organizational Behavior with the Fowler School of Business at San Diego State University. Originally from Toronto, Canada, Kathy now lives with her husband and three dogs in Carlsbad, California and spends her free time doing yoga, hiking, and volunteering within the community. She also serves on the Board for Casa de Amparo, an organization that provides support to youth impacted by neglect and abuse.
